The good thing about this is that you will surely enjoy a gourmet balut 24/7 with the assurance that it undergo quality assurance and have a shelf life of two years.
It comes in three flavors: in brine, afritada and caldereta.
The innovation on this Filipino food was made possible by the support of the Philippine government through the Department of Science and Technology.
